Hey

At first I was very shy. Well i still am but I've been doing bit more here and there and it does get easier the more you go nude

Its going better than i thought it would :)

    I was the same way when I started. I found it easier to go to a place where nudity was mandatory at first because it just makes it easier if that is the standard that everyone is held to. Now that I am over the fear of being naked in front of people I have ventured out into some clothing optional places as well. Honestly the more you do it the less you even think about it. Glad you are finding your comfort zone. Congrats!
