  Old advice but still good advice, dont accept friend requests from people who you have never interacted with. Oh another bit of advice, clear people off your list who you havent spoken to for a long time.

  11 fake profiles all set up yesterday, all with the same text directing members to the same external sexual website.
  It is about time that TN put measures in place to stop these bot profiles spamming the site. It's gone on for too long and it really does spoil my enjoyment of logging into the site.

  At the weekend, I messaged Teamtrue2 a list of the 11 fake accounts that I highlighted above.
  On Thursday, (five days later) I received a reply.
  "Yeap we're aware of the BOTS that join. We added a CAPCHA to help with this and for those who have found software to get around this we do large weekly IP BOT batch removals. We are aware and do remove them once they have hit. Unfortunately this is a very annoying issue for all social media sites. User's like you do help when you send them to me specifically so that they get removed faster"

  I checked. 10 of the 11 fake accounts had been removed from the system. one still remained. So I flagged again.

  This evening I have been pestered by Merita trn. The fake bot is promoting that nude69.fun website - https://www.truenudists.com/user/meritatrn/
