Is there a way here for one to track their own activity like if I post in a particular part of the forum knowing where I did so, so I can come back to it sometime later?

Thanks,
To a certain degree, yes. Go to "home" (The little house in the upper right hand corner). This will take you to your profile page. Then click on your profile picture.  This will take you to your activity 'feed'.
How do I do that...the flag?

This site needs a video tutorial/welcome as big as it is.  If any of my sites ever get so big, I'll have tutorials, but I'm a webmaster and thing about such things.
