Is there a way to leave a group?

Been on the site a long time, but never thought to look for this... I'm trying to prune my "groups" list, and don't see a way.

    Click on join for the group and of you are a member, it will ask of you want to leave.

    Sort of like when you had to press start to turn off a computer.
