Jan 9, 2016Please list all the LEGAL (not just tolerated) nude beaches in America. I'm doing some research for our website www.sharetheshore.us The goal of our movement is to decriminalize the human body. End body shame. Designate Clothing Optional.
I know of Haulover Beach in Florida, and Pirates Cove in San Luis Obispo Ca. Thank you!

GSNPhilJan 9, 2016I thought Haulover was the only legally sanctioned nude beach in the states. Maybe I'm wrong but I think all others are more or less tolerated by local authorities to one degree or another. Meaning, any of them could be shut down on a whim by incoming elected officials or even unelected bureacrats in many cases.ReactReply
