Jackie, I read your post, and I want to personally say that you ALL do a wonderful job making this site fun for everyone, i understand that this is a very difficult job, i see it everyday! I think i have met and dealt with every Mod on the site, and have always found them to be VERY helpful and concerned about keeping the site a safe and fun place! I am a female, so am always in need of a Mod, and they ROCK!! They work tirelessly to help not only me, but everyone on the site! I know the job of being a mod can be extremely stressful, and see how some feel underappreciated! i however give you ALL a HUGE THANK YOU for all that you do, and if it wasnt for the backup i get from the mods, i would have probably left the site a while a go!
