Much better reflection of the minority on this website that have their way against the majority who are open to talk about most things rather than be censored at every step by the moralistically challenged that accept only their way.

I was shocked to see such INtolerance and steel trap closed mindedness on a site one would expect to be a bastion of tolerance and free thinking.  Reading some of these people's comments I am coming to suspect that they are "progressives". {HACK!} {COUGH!} {SPIT!}  One would think that a mindset that would lead to someone being a nudist or naturist would preclude them from being intolerant of others' differences.  Such would seem not to be the case.  {sigh}  Seems even here there are prudists entirely willing to impose their vision of proper conduct upon "lesser" mortals.  Guess they never absorbed Thumper's Mother's maxim, (as related by Thumper himself) "If you can't say nothin' nice; don't say nothin' at all."  I read a lot of threads in a lot of forums but only post if I believe I have something meaningful to contribute.  But I am a complete "live and let live", "you do your thing in your back yard and I'll follow suit", lower case "l" libertarian.
Once again I'm compelled to relate a story I've told on here before. The most heavily regulated and enforced website I've ever been on is a site dedicated to tornado and other severe weather chasing. Absolutely nothing off topic is allowed, not even close. Even posts consisting of only "lols" are banned, followed by a public reprimand. Why so heavy handed? Because the site's administrators know all too well that once rules for posting are relaxed, every psycho and mental case out there will start spamming the board with their crap. The internet is a freak magnet and without clear cut rules that are enforced consistently, the original intent is lost. Just look at anyone's pictures on here, particularly women's, and directly under the warning to keep comments clean you'll be treated to some of the raunchiest scribes you'll ever read aside from public washrooms. There are those on here constantly putting their sexual philosophies on public display, and I'll say it again.....gay men are among the worst offenders. Rules mean nothing without enforcement, on the internet or off.

Nudist_Tom,

Please be specific. What are the items that are censured that you disagree with? I don't know anything that is blocked in the Forum. Even when people go far off topic nothing is blocked. It takes complaints from quite a few people before the owners will act.

While I would certainly do things a little differently here if it were my site, it's NOT my site.  I live within the rules made by the people who created/run/pay for the equipment and bandwidth required to  keep it up and running.  If you don't like the way this site is run, you are free to create your own site with your own rules.  Then you can put up with the bitching from everyone that doesn't like YOUR rules.

A motorcycle cop had just pulled over a red Porsche after it had run a stop sign.
"May I see your driver's license and registration please."
"What's the problem, officer?"
"You just ran that stop sign back there."
"Oh come on, pal, there wasn't a car within miles of me."
"Nevertheless sir, you are required to come to a complete stop, look both ways, and proceed with caution."
"You gotta be kidding me!"
"It's no joke, sir. Rules are rules"
"Look, I slowed down almost to a complete stop, saw no one within twenty miles, and proceeded with caution."
"That's beside the point, sir. Rules are rules."
You are supposed come to a complete stop, and you didn't. Now if I may see your license and"
"You've got a lot of time on your hands, pal. What's the matter, all the doughnut shops closed?"
"Sir, I'll overlook that last comment. Let me see your license and registration immediately."
"I will, if you can tell me the difference between slowing down, and coming to a complete stop."
The policeman had enough. "Sir, I can do better than that." He opened the car door, dragged the rude motorist out, and proceeded to methodically beat him over the head with his nightstick.

"Now sir, would you like for me to slow down or come to a complete stop?

Tom, if you are not able to post your sexual thoughts on here, then may I suggest you use the sister site (trueswingers). The trueswingers site was set up to take the sexual element away from truenudists.  I am quite sure you will not have any problem with your posts on there.

Have a good day,

Question...Just what do you do to support yourself, I am very curious what kind of employment you can maintain when you have such an issue with your erection?  School teacher perhaps?  no, don't think that would work.   How about any place that employs women?  That wouldn't last long either would it.   How do you get food into your home, I'm sure you food is brought to you since being in a supermarket with all those bodies would again cause a "uncontrollable reaction".
As to looking for "dates", no , this is not a dating site,  do you see the name dating in the Site Name?  No, do you see "dating" in the name on most dating sites? yes......IF your looking for dates, then your more then welcome to use those sites.
The Majority your are talking about on this site know what is "normal" and "acceptable" at resorts, beaches, clubs, and with non- landed groups.
Aw, jeez! Another one of the whiny little boys who is fixated on his peepee. DAMN! I wish they'd at least get through puberty before registering.

Earth to whiners: there are literally thousands of websites out there where you can indulge in your fantasies with no restrictions whatever. Why the hell do you come here and demand that TrueNudists sink to that level? Is it offensive to you that one website has an adult viewpoint and provides a place where members are isolated from that immature digital sewage?

Do you have the merest understanding of what nudism is and what it means to be a nudist? FYI...

What is a nudist?

* A nudist is a person who is aware that the human body is the most marvelous and incredible biological machine in creation, and who understands that there is absolutely nothing shameful, indecent or offensive about it.

* A nudist is at one with nature in a way that the clothed cannot grasp. Humans are the only creatures on Earth that find it necessary to conceal their natural beings within an artificial exoskin, and nudists reject that cultural imposition.

* A nudist understands that clothing no more makes the man than fur makes the dog or feathers make the bird.

* A nudist enjoys the wonderful freedom of living without the illusion that layers of cloth somehow make life moral and worthwhile.

* A nudist does not embrace the pretense and the vanity of garments, nor the divisive imagery of class, status, wealth, rank, power and authority that clothing projects.

* A nudist condemns the egregious lie that nudity is synonymous with sexuality.

* A nudist understands that the nude human body is in fact far less exciting and stimulating than a body that is erotically clothed in garments that give free rein to the imagination.

* A nudist is appalled at the equation of nudists with sex offenders when with very few (if any) exceptions the real offenders are textiles.

* A nudist shakes his head sadly at the arrant, repugnant hypocrisy of a deviant culture that is monomaniacally obsessed with raw, naked sex, and yet condemns people for choosing to share a lifestyle of non-sexual nudity.

* A nudist is one who sees other people solely as people and understands that human bodies are biological shells in which the people live.

* A nudist knows that the familar acronymn, "WYSIWYG" (What You See Is What You Get), was a philosophy in nudism long before computer geeks adapted it.

* A nudist understands that when one is nude, that person has nothing but his or her personality to show to others.

* A nudist knows that a smile, eye contact and a friendly word say much more about a person than a thousand-dollar wardrobe.

* A nudist lives with the reality that the textile world will continue to practice its false religion of lies and illusions and degeneracy and evil, while seeking to destroy the simple, natural lifestyle of people who don't share their self-deception.

* And a nudist is one whether he or she is nude or clothed. Nudism is a philosophy and a way of life, not a state of dress.

==================================================

You're not the first person to wail about the "right" and the "freedom" to run about in a nudist setting with a raging boner. The brats who demand that "freedom" will register, bitch about "prudists" who aren't obsesssed with their cocks, and then crawl away when no one kisses their arses. I note that a few other wankers are high-fiving you, but you're pissing off many more people than you're impressing.

Fact: this site's policies and TOS are established by the site owner. He makes the rules, and he expects his members to abide by them. No one is shackled to the site. Those who don't like it or who can't abide by its rules are free to go away.

A suggestion: since the Web is a really big place, start your own site, set your own rules, and see how many visitors you attract.

Here, you go by our playbook or get out of the game.
Amen, Amen, Why does the concept of simlpe nudity have to be so diffucult! Well it's simple if your are struttin your stuff where it don't belong then you dont belong.
