Nude modelling

Hi everyone.

I fancy doing a bit of life modelling in the York area of uk.
Does anybody know how I could go about it ? Done the usual google search but not much information out there. Don't want to join any modelling agency's.

    Check with the local college and see if they can use a model for their life drawing class...I did it for over ten years, great fun.

    Also, if there are any Galleries in your area you might want to check them out, get names of local artists, check who might do figurative work. If a significant number live in the area, there might also be a local artists' organization. You might check such headings as ". . . . Arts Alliance", or plug in other words such as Collaborative, United, Cooperative, etc. I too did some nude modeling when younger and really enjoyed it.
