My old mail seems to have come back to haunt me.... no matter how I try I can't seem to delete it....I tried raising a ticket...but no answer received.... can anyone help?

    i discovered that if u delete a message, the previous messages in that conversation still remain - u dont seem to be able to deleta a whole conversation. maybe that;s what is happening - u delete 1, but previous message then appears?

    Same with me. Messages won't go away no matter if I delete or spam them, asked about it and hot no answer

    Just like every other "upgrade" on any computer system or program I have encountered the people in charge ALWAYS fix something that was not broken and add a "feature" no one asked for.
