During these weird times in which we are living, and with naked events being canceled all around the world, Naked & Unashamed is continuing to look for new ways to stay connected. We are, therefore, thrilled to announce that, in addition to our Saturday evening live video chats, we will be hosting live online naked yoga.
The classes will take place Mondays at 10 AM Central time. There is no set charge for the class, but a suggested gift of $5 - $15 can be sent to the host. Advanced registration is required to join the class.
The class will be a Vinyasa-style flow that will heat, stretch and strengthen the whole body while connecting mind, body and breath. It is a 70 minute class.
