Origin of nudism ¿TRUE?

Hello, I was researching a little about Nudism and started thinking about the origin of nudity out of curiosity, where would be the first site where nudism was carried out (I do not mean the first men who had no clothes haha)
And what I found was that it began as a reaction to industrialization and urbanization of the country thanks to those who proclaimed the return to nature also supported naturopathic medicine, a vegetarian diet, corset dresses and, of course, nudism
In the early 20th century people lived in small spaces, with little light and lack of air and the women had to wear corsets, which were almost not allowed to breathe. So the idea of nudity soon found followers and at the end of the Weimar Republic already had 100,000 nudists organized in associations.
Do you think that it is so and this was its origin or you can contribute something to satisfy this curiosity that I have? Do you know if this information is correct?






Hola, estaba investigando un poquito sobre el nudismo y empecé a pensar en el origen del nudismo por curiosidad, ¿dónde sería el primer sitio dónde se realizó nudismo (no me refiero a los primeros hombres que no tenían ropa jaja)
Y lo que encontré fue que empezó como reacción a la industrialización y urbanización del país gracias a quienes proclamaban el regreso a la naturaleza apoyaban también la medicina naturista, una dieta vegetariana, vestidos sin corsé y, claro está, el nudismo a principios del siglo XX la gente vivía en espacios pequeños, con poca luz y falta de aire y las mujeres tenían que vestir corsés, que casi no les permitían respirar. De modo que la idea del nudismo encontró pronto seguidores y al final de la República de Weimar ya había 100.000 nudistas organizados en asociaciones.
¿Creéis que es así y este fue su origen o podéis aportar algo para satisfacer esta curiosidad que tengo? ¿Sabéis si esta información es correcta?
