Gloriously, it seems that the fervour in the forums has died down and we are back to a gentle place.  I think that it is best if we choose to forgo the subjects of religion, politics, and sexuality, as these subjects seem to divide us rather than unite us as nudists.  Let's stick to that.

Nicely said Soupie.  Although sexuality has its own section.  Need to let them have their space for discussions. I do agree that religion and politics will almost always cause a heated debate at some point. I was thinking about writing. Similar post myself.:D.   I'm feeling free to share without being a newbie fool.  Hope it stays supportive and peaceful again.

Well yes, sexuality is a different subject, but it is perilous one to explore on here.  There are a few hardcore homophobes and bigots who will always react when anything alternative is brought up.  It's best to just stay away from it.

I have no problem in discussing any subject in a refined, courteous and respectful manner. Personal attacks on people because of their opinions is something I believe is abhorrent.

Bigotry is abhorrent to me.  And I have experienced it recently on here.  But it is always going to exist and be was us, so it is best that we just roll with it, and identify it when it happens.
