Shouldn't make assumptions until a person comes out of the closet and makes their character evident. I was uncertified for awhile, a single man, not looking for anything but makin a few friends and sharing wisdom with pure lust abandoned naturism. I dislike the lust mongers as much as anyone, if much of it shows up it makes me uncomfortable with the surroundings and make me go away. A bible belivin church goin conservative christian, only reason I'm comfortable with nude living is that I see God's original perfect plan for us was a lifestyle of nude gardening and eatin what we grow, which is my pursuit. Plus when God told Isaiah to go naked 3 years for an acted prophecy, it proved He doesn't care if we're naked, and maybe He'd prefer we were. I'll be attending a christian naturist association gathering next month at a naturist resort. Most who call themselves christian fight against public nakedness as if it were a mortal sin. In that they go against their own supposed rule book.

And, I am no pervert. I'm the newsletter editor for a TNS affiliated club, and have been a nudist all my life (nudist parents). Pervs are pervs, and they are everywhere, not just around nudist venues. I see pervs at the grocery store, at the mall, and especially at the public pool. None of those are nudist areas or the internet.

If you come across a bad one on here such as someone who been naked around other peoples children ticket that member and in most cases the profile is removed from the site.

No disrespect, but your own comment could be passed back to you, as there will always be someone on TN that till think your a perv for being a single male on here, you have to see it from both sides. You can't just assume that all single men on here are here with a hidden agenda, you have to prove it ! You can join this site for free, you don't have to pay a subscription unless you wish to do so, that still does not make someone bad because of their choice.

I didn't say that all single men are pervs....what I'm trying to say is I look at so many profiles that say something like " if your a single guy there's no need to send a request so don't waste your time"
I myself am as true a nudist as anyone on here!!! I really don't care if I'm able to be around others or just be by myself....I just love being unclothed!!! I would love for my wife to share this with me but she doesn't at this time.....so....I have to be in here as a single or either lie about it...list myself as a couple...put a pic of wife without her knowing it...anyway....I'd like to have friends as much as anyone....not saying I don't have any at all....but thanks to perverts just looking to see naked pics or trying to hook up with someone's wife....I am put in the same box they are....just because I'm a single guy.....I know why it's that way and I truly understand why people won't accept single guys request....but it still Ps me off....sorry just tired of being put in someone else's box!!!

For a good while there I was uncertified because for the most part I'm only here for the forums; certification gets me nothing there. I paid uo there recently because I thought it would get me a better reception when talking to people (nobody trusts an uncert) but I'm probably going to let it lapse.
I can underatand somebody being annoyed about the pervy posters. They happen but they're annoying, and sometimes creepy. I have all my nude pics set for friends only and I get plenty of friend requests from men I've never talked to. I can only imagine that's a fractiom of what women get.
But this rant, while honest to a degree does seem a little off to me. I mean, if you're talking to somebody on chat then I'm sure, regardless of gender, if they like you they'll add you. So this begs the question of why you're being rejected. Is it your approach perhaps?

The problem with this comment is that far too many people on here assume that any single male, whether in a relationship (married), or single, all appear to have a hidden agenda. No offence, but a lot of these profiles are American. If a guy is in a relationship with someone and is the only person that loves nudity, then he must put himself as single on here, as if that partner is not interested or does not want to participate, then that is the correct thing to put that you are "A single male". For a lot of us, being able to share our nudity together is what we want and look for, whether from a female or male, it makes no damned difference if that person is straight, gay or bi, it does not automatically mean that they want something from you other than your friendship, a pulse and a cock do not make all males available to either sex, that is one hell of an assumption for anyone on here to make. People will put you in the same box as others they assume are perverts, because that is their own warped idea of what THEY assume naturism and nudity are about, when that is bloody well completely wrong. I does not matter how much you protest about it, because if they have made up their minds about you, without even BOTHERING to get to know you in the first place, then THEY are the ones at fault, not you, so that goes that you have no right to class other single males as perverts, even more to when others are labelling you with that exact same comment ! Not very nice is it ? We all look at profiles on here, if the pictures are of a naked person, where the hell does that make anyone a pervert ? That is the whole point of being here in the first place, to check a profile and look at each others pictures, see if we have things in common etc. If some people are that small minded that they can't see beyond the end of their noses, then you need to just go to the next profile and so on.

I just never have liked being labeled before you even know if I'm the best steak (friend) you've ever had, or a piece of rotten fruit (a**hole) u should throw in the trash!!! Just sayn....and Thomas, that phrase can have different meanings. You can Google it to see the different ones.

My fiance isn't big on nudism, either, yet I don't put anywhere on my profile that I'm single. I just state that I'm not and keep it moving. You already wrote on your profile that you are married, so I literally have no idea where you're getting this from. The site doesn't offer you a marital status option, so nobody here would assume you're single anyway, ESPECIALLY since you specifically stated as such. Just because the options are Self or Couple, doesn't automatically mean everyone assumes that a non-couple profile is a single guy. Like. What even?

From what your saying back now, you didn't realise that it may backfire on you a little. I am not trying to be a smart arse or anything like that, but you effectively labelled yourself with your own words. No one likes being labelled, but far too many people do it on here. It would like to view more than the written information on your profile, but because I am not a friend, I can't see them. Please don't take this the wrong way, but if someone can look at my profile and pictures, then when I have a look at their profile, it would be nice to see what the person looks like, naked or clothed ! You see, just reading about someone does not give me the full picture of who I may like to converse with and get to know as a friend on here, if you can put a face to the written words, then you can understand the person better !

I don't care if someone is single or not. Same as I don't care about someone's age, orientation or whatever. Many of my friends in real life are single, and not once it crossed my mind to judge one of them for being single.
What I care about is how you treat me, how you approach me. What your motives are to be a member here.
If all you can do is keep on sending me friend request without talking to me first, just to collect me to your friends list or get to see my photos, without showing any sincere interest you want to get to know me as a person, I'm not interested getting to know you.
If you have photos with your genitals as the main focus, photos which violate the site rules, I'm not interest getting to know you.
If you start to hit on me, not respecting I'm in a loving relationship, or are just rude, I'm not interested getting to know you.
If you have an empty profile without any information about yourself (It's not that difficult to fill in your profile), I'm not interest getting to know you.
Be nice to me, treat me as a person (with respect), and I will, without caring one moment if you are single or not, be nice to you.
