Hi all,
We are new to this site/nudism and are curious about the life style. I know we all have our share of pet peeves from people leaving their shopping carts all over the place in parking lots to not using ther turn signals while driving. That being said does being a nudist bring a new set of pet peeves and if so what are yours?
Thanks
Saroco

FF32404Feb 8, 2011Welcome Saraco! I'm with George in WV. There is a place 5 minutes from me that is so pristine that nudity should almost be required, and you would think you are in the rainforest, but the town police patrol it and arrest people that are nude yet non nude people leave the place a mess, totally disrepect it which shouldd be their primary concern. Same with almost every beach. The whole southern coastline of the CT has some great beaches, it's sad that there isn't at least one place where women can be topless or people can fully nude without a problem. I've seen bathing suits at some of these beaches which left nothing to the imagination anyway. As for nudism, that's one of my pet peeves.

TerryFeb 8, 2011I hate arrogant people who believe they are above the rules at our club. But, then again, I guess that's someting that can apply to most any social situation, huh?

EarthlingFeb 8, 2011Now Ted16, we have to start somewhere, after all isn't it harder to call yourself a nudist if you haven't taken off your clothes?
Laughing with you not at you.

1.) People who suck face in public.
2.) People who get mad when their picture gets taken at a nude beach.
3.) People who talk about (even in jest) how there are too many "old people" at a particular place.
4.) The question, "So how long have you been a nudist?"
5.) People who sit without a towel, even on the edge of the pool/hottub
6.) People who stare at me in the shower.
7.) People who wear bikinis at a nudist resort. (really I mean...whats the point?)ReactReply - MEMemberFeb 9, 2011
texting while driving
Use of mobiles including texting is illegal in my country, and should be everwhere, unless hands free gear is usedReactReply

As has been mentioned - texting behind the wheel
Not indicating to turn when people are crossing a junction
Vehicles in a queue that don't leave space on a pedestrian crossing
Bad beats in poker
Broken promises (say what you mean, mean what you say!)
Signal drop off on my mobile (cell)

You're both wrong. A size queen is usually a gay man that prefers an above-average size penis. Google works wonders you know...ReactReply

SteveFeb 9, 2011A size queen is a person preoccupied with the size of the male member. A cultural fetish and one more way society sows dissatisfaction with the body. Size queens, btw, can be immensely annoying to persons of interest to them, so don't make assumptions about the poster of the peeve!

TerryFeb 9, 2011
1. Leaving your towel on a chair where you have been sitting, and comming back a few minutes later to find someone sitting onYOURtowel.
span class="quoteStyle"LOL...never had THAT happen, but at our club, Glen Eden, there are signs all over that if you don't use your pool chair for 90 minutes it could be subject to others using it since there are people who plan there towels at 6am and never use the chair on a busy weekend. NOW the trick is that folks put up a sign that says you can use the chair till they get back. So, they basically reserve the chair for the entire day keeping it from anyone elses use and the sign prevents anyone from removing their towels. Too bad management hasn't found their spine to deal with those tricks. /spanReactReply - BA

1. Left Lane hogs. Keep left except to pass!
2, Stupid warnings on television before and during your favourite drama or movies.
3. People who down load - or steal- music and movies via the internet. PAY FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT!
4. Negative reactions to naturism from those who are too uptite to try it or too uptite to admit they enjoy it on occasion.
5. Lack of leadership in almost every level of politics these days. It's all about the money, and about back room deals.
6. The decline of manners in our society. Youth no longer have any respect for the wisdom of age.
7. I Pods. Cant people go more than 5 minutes without a personal tune piping directly to their ears?
8. Big business. Huge corporations, all somehow connected, that conspire to engender the new world order, force upon us the "Global Economy" and reduce the first world to third world status. The biggest factor to the decline of the middle class. Lets hear it for maximized profits with no regard for ones country of origin!
I have an extremely vast collection of movies, I'm sure it ranges somewhere in the thousands of dollars, and I am definitely tired of wasting money on movies that SUCK. Unfortunately there's no way to know if something sucks unless you watch it first. I'd rather download a movie and then buy it if I like it.

ReactReply
