  Pubic hair shaving is a personal grooming choice. Some people like to discuss it, and some don't.

  [/quote] typically ... it's a brand new member that won't take time to search for the numerous threads on the subject.  Other times it's a bored, lonely, male nudist that thinks he is asking something different but it always ends up the very same discussion by the same members, which are 99.9% men.  On rare, very rare occasion, you'll maybe get one or maybe two female members that will respond and after they do ... the male members jump on that like wildfire trying to get her to answer more personal questions ... which usually gets that one or two women to leave the discussion, never to return.
  
  Not trying to throw cold water on your thread but ... you've asked a question for opinions and then continued with why you shaved your wife.  That leads others, like the member above, into assuming that this is another thread to talk about shaving pubic hair.  I suspect this thread will get off topic and will be yet another thread about why you should remove or keep pubic hair ...

  All I'd like to add is I believe some people think that shaving the groin area alludes to something more, like being more sexually open. It doesn't.
  
  
  I've also noticed that a lot of members names refer to themselves as smooth or shaved... ie Smoothnobby or shavedcpl. I wonder why the first thing you want a stranger to know (before your name) is the fact you have bare balls.

  [/quote]This thread has already gone, "Off topic."  The question was, "what does shaving have to do with naturism?"  There's also whole groups on whether or not one prefers a, "Full bush," ect.  I don't see what any of it has to do with naturism any more so than shaving one's face, armpits, ect.
