Reasons to sleep naked....

  Always sleep naked. Been doing it for years, spring, summer, fall, winter. Don't make sense to have a special set of clothes to put on just to go to sleep. I sleep better naked with only a bedsheet for cover. If that's not enough to keep me warm, I go turn up the thermostat.

  I have always slept in the nude. It is the most comfortable way for me.

  I have not owned a pajama since I was 15 years old (I am now 63) and I am not planning on buying one anytime soon. I have never felt any need for one.

  I don't need any scientific reason or other complicated excuse for sleeping naked.
  The fact that it feels good is reason enough for me ...
