Silly Question About Tent Camping

I want to do some tent camping at various places this spring and summer, but that begs a perhaps silly question.  That is,where do I pee?  If I'm not in an RV, which I wouldn't be, I would have to trek all of the way up to the club house or bathrooms pretty frequently.

Most of the nudist campsites I've seen have their tent area a very long way from any facilities...like in a meadow way out back or way off to the side.  I would have to get a wheelchair lift for my van.

How about a lidded container(s) you empty when you go for a bowel movement.

In the trees....away from the nearest campers...anywhere that is sheltered from view and won't be a nuisance to others i.e...smell

While in the Boy Scouts many many many moons ago I was taught to just find a tree, let yourself hang out and allow nature to take it's  course lol and tuck it away quickly for if you shake it more than three times you are just playing with it ;) Hawk
A milk jug of large juice bottle would work. Both have a cap on them to prevent spillage. When I broke my leg a few years ago, I kept an empty juice bottle next to my couch. Instead of getting up every time I had to pee, I would just pee in there and then empty it when it started to get full.
I'll sleep better tonight knowing that; thanks for the vivid mental picture. ;-)

Find a spot in the bushes that is shaded from view.  If you are going to be there a few days, dig a hole to pee in and fill it when you leave.  Keep a Gatorade bottle in tent for those late night needs.  If you have a van or SUV you could put a portapotty in it.  Make sure u put tent close to some thick trees.  Also seen a portable shower set up with a portapotty.

    You can brake it.
You can bang it against the wall.
But, you gotta put it in your pants to make that last drop fall.

There is a product called "Porta John" that is a plastic container with a good screw on cap.  Hospitals use a similar, disposable version for men to pee in.  They are cheap and can be used inside a tent if necessary.
The Porta-Potty idea is good too, if you need facilities for both #1 and #2.  I use one on my small sailboat.  Usually less than $200 and easy to use and empty.

I like the idea of a large bottle with a lid.  Perhaps an old water bottle that you can empty when you need to.  I remember my father used to have an old peanut butter jar he kept in the tent.
A milk jug or large juice bottle would work...
... If all you have is a plain empty bottle, like that,  just a very small amount of chlorine bleach (maybe 5-10 drops or so) will keep it smelling fresh for several uses.
