staying cool

Public radio had an extended story about rural people not having a cooling center to go to during heat waves. They shared that EMTs might go door to door to make sure older residents were doing okay in the heat. They did not get specific one what the EMTs should do. But I am almost certain that " take your clothes off " is not on the suggestion list. Which is sad, the first thing i do if I am too warm, is shed my clothes. Of course the first thing i do once home is shed my clothes .
