  Someone said "why is this bad?" Did she suggest it was? I thought she was excited because she had introduced nudism to someone new. She should just find the boy outside some day soon and ask that he not mention her if he is found enjoying his new state of freedom. We all have to remember that courts do NOT like putting good people in jail! If you've never been convicted of anything and have good character references, then just lying sunning in your back yard is hardly something that can be construed as sexual deviance or aiding the delinquency of a minor. Thank God most judges have heard of a lot worse. They deal with REAL criminals every day.
  Caution is always advised. Don't get me wrong. I just don't think that the only place to go nude in the world is behind fences and signs at a sanctioned nudist resort.

  Yeah, just be carefull with that one! Wouldn't want to see you in any trouble there!
  As long as your fences are high enough to block out a viiew from next door & he has been looking over the fence you are still in the right there. bUt if he can see over form a second storey for instance then it's a bit of a different situation.
