Unable to Connect to Server

Hi all,

I am able to log on to TN and view everything but when I attempt to go to the Chat page I receive a "Cannot connect to server" message. If it has any bearing on this, I did recently change my router but I don't know if this has an affect on it or if it's just a coincidence. Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide!
