I've seen this quote in several places, but I don't know what the original source was. It's by an author named Violet Rose: [quote]It is illegal for women to go topless in most cities, yet you can buy a magazine of a woman without her top on at any 7-11 store. So, you can sell breasts, but you cannot wear breasts, in America.[/quote]

    Interesting observation that likely extends beyond the USA; i.e. I would think that countries where women can more freely bare their breasts are less lucrative for the merchants of bare breasts.
