I think you mean inactive profiles.  The site owners want to make people believe there's hundreds of thousands of members, when in fact, maybe only a few thousand.  Less than that if you clear out the fakes.  Looks good if they try to sell the site.  Pisses off all the real nudists on here.
Speaking of Fake Profiles, is there some where or someone to report Fake Profiles to?Does anyone really care?
We just came across a Fake Profile posted by a supposed Laura Maria Montoya, who was just on the Chat section."HE" Lists himself as a Hot looking Lesbian ( With Fake pictures of course )  lol and he is only interested in collecting pictures from other Girls and Women.Geez……No one could ever see through that approach. He was just on the Chat section, telling anyone that would listen, how some men were trying to get her / him to send them pictures of her ……well…you get the idea.People like that, are soooo obvious, they should have their Profiles deleted immediately. They are so obvious.

Some people are just curious. They sign up just to have a look around and then sign off and are never heard from again. Their profile will then remain there for ever. Seems like all these inactive files will eat up a lot of storage space but, who am I to say? I don't really know much about computers.

I agree about people just being curious.  Also many naturists do loose their interest as they get older and circumstances change.  From being really enthusiastic, eager to spread the word you do get to a more passive view.  Eventually you probably loose interest and may simply stop even looking.

Its traffic that makes money, not how many members it looks like you have.

I have been a moderator on other forums and they is  lot goes on in the background that members never see.

You can rack up lot of hours running a site. Just trying to keep members playing nice can have you pulling you hair out.

You could tie up days to just getting rid of the groups here that have seen no activity in the last two years.
Its a good bet you would have to go one at a time to delete the non active groups

So it looks more like burn out than sell out to me.
    Thro I could be wrong
