Cheri Donna DawsonApr 13, 2011Nudism/naturism has been confirmed to lower blood pressure in certain instances. You have less stress. The answer IMHO is probably.

wes0u812Apr 13, 2011It is a proven fact that being nude is in many ways healthy indoors as well as outdoors, and like Cheri mentioned the low stress factor is good for any person so i believe that there is a good chance of living longer as a nudist.

Sunbeam65Apr 14, 2011If your nudism directly connects to your peace and contentment in life, then it can be a postive factor as stress is definitely one thing that can/will shorten your life. But just being a nudist, without taking care of yourself, eating well, maintaining a healthy weight and otherwise engaging in a healthy lifestyle, will not in an of itself off set the many other factors that contribute to life expectancy.

rusty62Apr 14, 2011A few years ago studies were done on why people lived longer in southern California. Seemed to be the start of the vitamin D recomendations. When we have company safety groups and OHandS and local health regions are pushing vitamine D it has to be more then a passing fad.
