Do a search on Google for CB slang and you should be able to follow.   "Breaker" eseentially means, "Keep this channel clear, I have something to say."   A slab is a freeway. Maybe eating slab means being on the road for a long time, or covering a lot of ground...?   Phil, better keep your hair combed, 'cause they're takin' pictures down the way.

  It has been a long time since I was on CB radio.  In fact "Catbird" is also my former CB handle.

  While there are those who complain about the trolls and pervs on this site, on CB radio, the problem is worse with trolls and pervs.  The truck drivers talk dirty to discourage the four wheelers.  That's why I left CB.

I can get a few local CB idiots on that, but there's never really anything worth listening to :( Dad should be here any minute now, then it's off to the shops again.Can't believe it's Wednesdayyet again, already!Question: Why does time, seem to go faster as you get older?

  3s & 8s to you, Phil & everyone.   I just "found" my CB when cleaning out a closet along with the antenna.   It did help when I did a lot of traveling.
