I've been in something like this situation. I was usually naked in my garden on warm days and a neighbour made a complaint that I was always out in my garden reading or listening to my music on a transistor radio, When I questioned the lady, she said she almost got hurt because she'd been standing on a plastic crate to look over the high fence and was thinking of taking me to court because she hurt herself in that fall. The Officer nearly arrested her instantly for peeking and prying, an arrestable offence in that jurisdiction. Stupid woman almost got herself arrested and I had to intervein to calm them both down. "Of course I was watching him, people who go about naked are up to no good and I had a duty to keep him in my view." Voyerism is also a crime in most places but being stupid is OK. If you don't want to see a naked person, look somewhere else for a few moments.

You have to take into account also the psychological aspect. A textile will always think you are an exhibitionist if you are naked. They are conditioned that way. I always care that the neighbours cannot see me. But sometimes it happens by accident of course. So I put on my bathing robe and move on with what I did.

I would really like a definition of "public" or "out in public". My property is "private property" and it is inadmissible for anyone, without my permission, to be on my property. Even then if I allow them on my property it isn't a "public place". So if i'm naked on my property in my backyard then i'm on private property there fore if someone sees me then they are either trespassing or a peeping tom. The law is very vague and if you could get a clear definition of "public" it might make every ones concerns go away.

They need to listen to some of us who know what we are talking about regarding these issues.
