Is any place on Earth where you can legally stay nudist all the time?

  I have read elsewhere that you can do so on the Canary Islands away from the cities.
  Someone on another board said that he could go around town, shop at outdoor markets and some indoor shops, and go to outdoor taverns and cafes nude. I remember him saying that at the fish market, the fishermen wore the minimum when selling their wares but told him that once the customers left and they got back on their boats, even that came off and they mostly lived nude.
  He did have to get dressed if he needed to go to the city and buy or do something that the small town didn't have.

  There are homes at Laguna Del Sol in California, Cypress Cove and other places in Florida that you can buy and live nude all the time except when you leave the resort to go shopping, doctor visit or whatever. There are also condos for sale at Mira Vista in Arizona. There are realtors in Florida that specialize in these properties.

  The Willamettans in Oregon is another place where people live year-round and can stay nude all the time if they wish. They do have to get dressed to go into town for shopping and such.

  I have always wanted to build a whole town that was for nudists. Complete with Stores, Schools, most of everything a town needs to thrive. Ah but only a dream.

  But wait.. Maybe the estate of that distance cousin that just passed will send me the money. Supposed to be a Prince according to the Email I just received. Sorry I wasn't attempting to hijack the topic. That last part was just an attempt at humor.

  The Nudist town would be pretty cool though.

An entire section of the French town of Agde has been designated a naturist zone. On a smaller scale is the French town of Heliopolis on Ile du Levant ("the naked island").

  Colina de sol in Brazil is a naturist eco village where residents are free to be nude all the time. Google a video about it.

  In the US, you could buy forested land, set up a home, and enjoy the nudist lifestyle. You might need to add trees, bushes, or other objects to block a neighbor's view. That's what I plan on doing when I have the money.

  And every once in a while you read about a whole town that was for sale, due to bankruptcy or an industry moving away or going bust. Maybe you could buy one of those.

  This is hilarious

  Anyway, about a year ago I bumped to a website selling properties under construction as described as nudist village in Thailand. There was a plan of the project and anything else but the prices... omg... I mean not for average person. Due to Covid Thailand experiences financial crisis and I'm not sure what happened to the project now. Also it sounded too good to be true so maybe I was dreaming. If I will find this website again I will post the link here.

  Thailand still very strict country according to naturism. Even tourist areas are infamous to prostitution and other things are not the same whole country about.

  Good news there are some nudist resorts there. But I didn't have chance to visit them yet. Don't want to go alone.

VT and OR have no laws against public nudity, but some localities in them do. A FL court case a few years ago said than someone can be nude anywhere on their own property, including the front yard. Nudity on public property is not legal except in a few designated areas.

Am I wrong?[/quote] If you're talking about a residential property in a city or other populated area, then most likely not if not screened from view of the neighbors. However, if it is in a more rural area on multiple acres with view hidden from the roadway then you are probably ok in most cases especially if the driveway is curved right after leaving the road so as to obscure the view of prying eyes.

  I mean I tried too screen everything or I have big wall or something. Is it a big deal to be accidentally count by someone anyway. I mean how is it accepted by people? I don't know how many tolerance in the US but in Russia is kind of act of exhibitionism... very negatevly until you are among people with the same desires

  I would guess it varies greatly by country, even by state or region. I doubt there are cities of any size that allow it but certainly groups living together. After all there is a polygamous group with their own TV show so a nudist group must be out there somewhere.

  In California Indecent Exposure requires one to be nude AND lewd. Counties and cities may pass their own laws regarding nudity but the county and the city we are in does not have any so they default to the state law. However, that doesnt mean they might not try and get someone for disturbing the peace of some such thing. Im in my backyard in full view of a couple other houses pretty much every day. It hasnt been a problem for 20 years.
