h1 class="new" /h1 I asked Tom how come we haven't had more people on True Nudists sign the Nudist Bill of Rights. He looked at this thread and said there was no call to action. Just reading the header, he said you wouldn't know you should sign it. Cutenude couple started the original thread which was so nice. I hate starting this thread, but I couldn't figure out how to change the header of the other thread which is why I'm starting this new one asking everyone to sign. Maybe if we have 2 going at the same time, we'll get more signatures? Tom wrote the above header here so now people will know to click it and sign the Nudist Bill of Rights. So please show your support for nudism by click here to sign:http://www.aanr.com/nudist-bill-of-rightsWe're at 1087 signatures now. Wouldn't it be cool if we got 1500 by the end of the weekend. Tom said they'd love to get over 100,000 signatures to show governments how many people support nudism in the US and Canada. Thanks. We're at 1098 signatures. If we average 10 signatures an hour, that's an extra 500 signatures putting us at 1500 signatures by Monday morning, Woo Hoo. Thanks for signing everyone. MC, Thanks for posting this again. I was going to start a new thread because I hadn't seen the first one. I've signed the petition and have received verification from AANR. I also saw my name on the list of signers. This is an important enough issue that if it falls off of the main Forum topic screen, then please give it a "bump". That should keep it active.

Although I have to say there is room for more militantism in Nudism on the whole. I recall another petition, with nearly a thousand signatures, which I sent to the EU only to have it returned with a note saying "this is an issue for each nation state", and sending it to the UK (where I'm from) and having it returned with a similar reply, saying it's a "local issue", and so on. It's important to keep the idea of nudity in the open and to promote it as a socially useful activity. Hiding behind curtains is no way to further the cause of healthy nakedness. We have to take the issue to the public sphere.

I'm American, and I read the AANR thing.
Its a little too "PC" for me to sign.
It also doesn't claim a general right to go naked and not be arrested.
AANR is all about paid resorts. They really don't want people going naked anywhere else.
