I couldn't find this on the link you provided but did find it on a few other sites via a search. It goes beyond that:
His bill would also ban tight-fitting beige clothing, and he has strong feelings about yoga pants of any color. "Yoga pants should be illegal in public anyway," Moore said after the House Judiciary Committee meeting. He opposes men's fashion he finds salacious as well: he thinks guys wearing Speedo=type swimsuits in public should be subject to arrest.

The Bill is HB 365 submitted by David Moore (R) of House District 92. The way it is written it does include male nipples and costumes that simulate genitals, pubic hair or nipples. The only thing good about this bill is that it reduces prison time on a 3rd offense from mandatory life to 5-years maximum.

Until these blowholes go back to "country over party", nothing will change. They (both party's) are fixated on "party over country".

What a twisted mind this guy has. Best idea woulb be to give him a permanent posting in a Muslim country.

Founding principles...we gotta get back to them. There are wannabe rulers in both parties. The only people that speak to the founding principles-the American Way- is the (true) TEA Party folks. Too bad that so many people buy into the slander that's been made of them.

The hope & change is domestic Socialism and appeasement/stirring of chaos abroad. That's been done by many other countries and the effects are evident if you care to see. From Russia to Europe and the PIGS. It is simply contrary to human nature and thus; it will fail every time.

Problem is, in "Russia and Europe" nudity is tolerated in many more places than the USA. Politics aside, the problem really stems from radical religious people, and that includes Christians. My problem with the "TEA" party people that I have dealt with is that they want to bring "God" back into politics. That scares the crap out of me to be honest. I'm sure this guy is a Bible thumping nut, and wants to force his version of "morality" on everyone else. Both Liberals and Conservatives are guilty of that. So what are we to do? How do we keep what little freedom we have left with people like this in charge?

Yes, but the Bible thumping nut bags have now shown that they are complete hypocrites, since they supported, and still support a guy who clearly can't claim to be "moral" or righteous in any way. Of course, we all know that people like the clown in this story only have issues with seeing guys in speedos or skin tight yoga pants because it makes them horny and causes sexual excitement that makes them angry, and they have to work so hard to repress it. Too bad we can't be free to be ourselves in the "land of the free".
