If cities and community business would embrace the idea it would be a big boost to their community

Any protest would have to be very well organized and have the means to get any arrest charges dropped. There is merit to having a large number of participants, so every means of attracting them and knowing how many to expect would be helpful as well. If the group is too small, it just will not be effective. All this being said, protests do bring results and continue to be an accepted American institution. The Supreme Court has ruled that protesting while nude is protected free speech. That does not mean that attempts won't be made to stop it.

It should be tied to a marketing campaign to be effective. It should be done in a tasteful way so that you don't get painted in the media as whackos. Use local blogs, and sensible people as well as getting help from the national organizations.
