Starting a nudist resort in Cape Town

Hi, if there are any nudists in Cape Town who would be prepared to accompany me to a potential site for a nudist resort. The place is perfect, safe and private, and it lends itself to something of this nature. Being fairly new to Cape Town, I see this as a great opportunity to start something, but naturally, it needs to be viable.
