Worried I would get laughed at with my body

SteveSep 16, 2019At a resort, never. Period.
At a beach, highly unlikely, and certainly no one would go out of their way to do so if you stick to the usual program of alternately sunning in place and getting in the water.
And this is assuming you have a missing leg, an ostomy bag, sagging skin and stretch marks from a massive weight loss, burn scars, or any number of other body issues one sees at nudist venues. Most people's concerns aren't really on that order, but rather just comparing themselves with media- or porn- perfect bodies. Some extra pounds or too few, hair or lack thereof, tan lines, endowment concerns... forget it, really. In a real-life nudist situation, just not an issue.

ManOfWicklowSep 16, 2019I'm worried about people with EMPTY Profiles posting on the Forum.

JohnSep 16, 2019Be brave - put a picture or two on your profile and then we will give you the definitive answer that you are perfectly normal and OK.

OllySep 16, 2019Nudists come in all shapes and sizes and some have disfigurements. Absolutely nobody cares - it's more the personality that counts. I suggest you go to a nude beach or venue and have a brief look around. You will be reassured that you have nothing to worry about - apart from being over-dressed

Stone AndySep 21, 2019well I'm laughing because you want to be taken seriously as the beautiful, wonderful caring individual you are but refuse to offer as much as a profile picture of your choice.

StefanSep 25, 2019Hi, no body is bad.
This is just something, the companies (and maybe also society) wants you to think, because then they cann sell you products for fitness, getting slim, and so on. As long as you are comfortable with yourself, everything's fine.
When going to nudist/naturist places you will recognize very fast, that noone will judge you how your body looks like.
Just enjoy the moment of being free.ReactReply - PR
preferabreezeOct 11, 2019I went to my first social nudest thing this September a nudest spa hotel in the UK. I am sure everyone here can relate to your feelings. The truth of the matter is nobody cares. You are who you are an nudist just accept people as though they are clothed it makes no difference. If anything they are more accepting as clothes can separate us (brands look to expensive, clothes look too dirty, looks to much like a goth, too wealthy etc).
There were girls and guys of all shapes sizes, pub fashion, piercings, operation scars, skin disorders, nobody cared. I completely forgot I was naked but as a solo traveler (I was on business) it was much more social than a ordinary hotel.
Give it a shot

KevinOct 12, 2019Nudism is never about how you look naked, it's all about how you feel naked and being with others who enjoy the same great feeling. Sure there are a few nudists who judge, but overall the tone of nudism is the freedom and enjoyment of not being clothed.
Many of us don't have "perfect" bodies and a great many of us appreciate the differences that we see in others from ourselves. You may from time to time encounter someone who gives an indication that don't like your body type, but 99% of us here (as well as on beaches, at clubs, or in social groups) just love real people who embrace the lifestyle and want to be with others that do.
To the percentage of people who pass any judgement - they're not true nudists and they're not worth the time or effort it would take to be hurt by them...

ShavedNudist27Oct 13, 2019Don't worry about how your body looks. Generally speaking, nudists don't judge others by the condition of their body. They are more interested in your personality.

GregOct 15, 2019I am usually to busy laughing at myself than to pay any attention to anyone. All are unique and beautiful in their own ways.

Bill BowserJan 27, 2020Every body is perfect for nudism.
Think about it.
There are no specific requirements, and no one really cares.ReactReply
