Can i get certified via text?

Can I get certified via text? The reason I ask is because at this moment my computer is crashed and it will be a while to get a new one. I am login in via my cell phone. Can someone please confirm,thanks!

    As far as I know the only way to get certified is to upload pictures to your profile, which your phone may not be capable of doing.  If it is a newer smart phone (windows mobile or droid) it may have the necessary flash or java capabilities to upload pictures.  I would try that first.
