After reading a few posts, I am glad to see I am not alone in the fact that my wife knows about my nudist preference, but pretty much just lets me be me. She has been willing in the past to participate when she is comfortable no one will drive into camp, or even at home. Something about having two kids and the effects of gravity. This summer will be the big start to get her more comfortable with herself and this lifestyle.
This site will help me get ideas to approach her about visiting a camp in Wisconsin I found out about.

gator1Jan 2, 2009I, too, am new to the social nude thing despite knowing my whole life that I wanted to be nude, and in fact my sweet wife and I spent our first couple of nights at Lone Star Resort in Texas on the 30th and New Year's Eve. There were about 30 great people at the New Year's party and to a person they all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special.
I've gained a lot of confidence from this site and it has truly helped me convince my better half that the naturist lifestyle is not necessarily for the pursuit of sex, but more to be one with nature the God intended for us to be. Thank you to those of you who have been so encouraging to others on this site!!

wvdad2k@yahoo.comJan 5, 2009welcome and take it slow with your wife. my wife has yet to join me in a day at the nudist lodge. she has a weight issue that won't go away and we've seen all types and sizes. she is not even nude in the comfort of our home. have to give her credit tho - she never denied my being nude, joining aanr, or traveling with a male friend to nudist lodges and nude swims. she did venture with me at avalon four years ago and enjoyed socializing very much with other nudist. it is clothing optional so she felt comfortable and of course me (nude) felt comfortable too! good luck!
