Greetings from another middle-aged male

I sauna regularly as a way of keeping my skin healthy, and through this I drifted into naturism in the mid 1990s. It's a long story, and on my web site if anyone is interested - http://hazelden.org.uk/
Fortunate that my wife was willing to join me.  Initially it was just an occasional sauna and swim, but in recent years almost all our holidays have been to naturist destinations.  The Canary Islands are wonderful!
I'm generally naked at home when we don't have visitors, but she feels the cold too much and restricts her naked activities mostly to warmer climes.
We have been members of BN from around 1995, and had the occasional picture and letter published in the magazine.
