  Well, your xcookiex profile is still up, active, and certified. Whatever device you are using - or maybe it's just your keyboard technique - is generating pretty random spellings for things; my guess is that you have typo-ed your password reset. Try again, using a real keyboard, carefully, one letter at a time, and stay off the capslock and shift keys.
