Welcome to the site. I personally do not use the chat room. You can't seem to carry on a meaningful discussion. The Forum is great for that! As to you being a newbe, I would suggest that you fill out your profile so people can know a little more about you. The next thing would be to get certified. You can do that at home using a camera with a timer. Do not ever post your certification pics in your profile. If you have personal questions or questions about the site, check out Forum topics to see if that question has already been answered, most likely it already has. Hope you find many people here who have a lot in common with you and you'll establish many true friendships.
