Newbie Nudist Area

is it acceptable for a single 18 year old male to go to a nudist resort?

I was wondering if this is acceptable, or if i go and give it a try will i be outcast?

    The best nudist park (more a park than a resort) is Serendipity, Cleveland, GA.  They're the only park north of FL I would recommend or visit especially for a first-timer.  There are nonlanded clubs that are way less expensive than a resort.  Serendipity has full meal service at excellent prices as well as their grounds fees are reasonable.  They've a great hot tub (huge), pool, deck, weight area, clubhouse (no smoking) and the best ever folk.  That'll be the host club for the East coast chili Cookoff on January 21st that Travelites sponsors each year.

    The closest park to you I would not recommend esp. for a first time experience.

    Most nudist resorts have the minimum age for a person to enter without a parent present at being 18 so it should be no problem getting in. If that resort has a bar, that could be problem for you to be in a club or dance hall at night that serves alcohol.

    There are young adult naturist groups out there. Two of them that I know are active and do things are.

    http://nudistnaturistamerica.org/  This organization is primarily functional in the New York metro area.

    http://www.floridayoungnaturists.com/ This groups is based in south Florida.

    Sunsport Gardens near West Palm Beach has at least 3 young adult naturists weekends per year and the Volleyball Super Bowl at White Thorn draws a lot of young adult naturist. The past September I would estimate upward to 15% of attendees there were between 18-25 years old,

    Try Turtle Lake Resort - they apparently had a very successful youth summer camp there recently which attracted a few hundred people your age.
