- MEMemberOriginal PosterJan 14, 2011
First question: can you see your own photos and other images on the site? Second, do you see anything other than the photos, for example, one of the generic grey "Ask me" or red "Sorry" images? You are certified, so the "Only for True Nudists" category should not affect you. Ergo, what do you actually see? I would suggest trying another browser to determine if the issue is related to the one you are using now.
Yes I can view my own photos and also profile photos of other members, also the generic "Ask me" and "Sorry" images but when I click on the view my photos tab all I see is their profile photo. I use Google as a my main browser, but I will try using Firefox or Yahoo, see if that helps. Thanks for responding. By the way this was my first post on any forum and not knowing where to post it, it ended up being on here twice. Kind Regards Mike.ReactReply

Regards Mike.
Here it is the other one :)((((((((((((((((((((((((( Last Post )))))))))))))))))))))))))))http://www.truenudists.com/forum/viewthread.php?id=15922EDIT: Later on in this thread, you will see that an error has caused some posts to be too small to read, This happens when you quote something, and put the curser inside the invisible quote code at the end of a quote, often if the quoted passage has been signed or has a smiley at the end, that you don't notice, because it is below the bottom of the text box. If you now wish to try and read it, copy the text and then temporarily paste it to a new page or to Notepad, you will find it comes out large enough to read. If this happens to your post, it can be corrected by clicking on "edit" and highlighting ALL the text, cut to remove it all, paste it to Notepad, add the quote code (the word quote enclosed in square brackets at the beginning, and backslash quote ... /quote ... enclosed in square brackets at the end) in the appropriate places, then copy it all from notepad and paste it back into your post, and hit submit.
ReactReply - MEMemberOriginal PosterJan 14, 2011
That's very odd indeed. When you click "View My Photos" on someone's profile page, you should be brought to their album screen that looks like this.
If you get anything else, there's a major hiccup.
That is the screen I get but I don't receive the smaller pics at the bottom, even on my friends profiles.
Also when I go to the Gallery and click on any category I can only see 24 photos, is that the same for everyone?ReactReply - MEMemberOriginal PosterJan 14, 2011philfree directed me to your instructions for attaching photos on here. WOW brilliant, thank you.

Suggestion: the post entry box also operates on Javascript. In the lower right corner you will see three diagonal lines. Click it and see if you can drag it around to change the size of the box. If that works, the plot thickens. If not, what OS are you using? Windows? Mac? If Windows, what version? BTW, Javascript is unrelated to Java except by name.
The post entry box! I'm assuming that is the box I'm now typing in, please excuse my ignorance, I have a lot to learn regarding computers. And yes I can drag and resize the box. Operating System Windows7 I assume from your comment re:-Javascript, the fact that I can resize the post entry box means that it is working! Maybe I should attempt to contact the site owner again, although he hasn't acknowledged my first enquiry yet. And thank you I do appreciate the time you are spending to help me.ReactReply
- MEMemberOriginal PosterJan 15, 2011
The box you typed in is the post entry box. If the resizing function worked, your machine is processing Javascript correctly. It does seem as though it doesn't like something in the routines for the album pages.
Could it be that admin has forgotten to change something at their end?ReactReply

Do you know anyone near you with a computer that you can use to access TN?
Unfortunately I don't know anyone in this area yet, tried the local library but they said no. By the way I'm not alone with this problem, Bowster in the UK has exactly the same problem, I just wonder how many other people have this problem but haven't reported it! Regards Mike.ReactReply

You might contact your ISP and see if there is anything that they are doing that might be blocking that page.
My ISP isn't doing anything to block that page.
I have again contacted admin, but as yet still no response!!ReactReply - MEMemberOriginal PosterJan 21, 2011

PhilfreeeukJan 24, 2011I can now see pics again. It's the same as before, the first one loads ok, but if I want to see the others,
I have to click the thumbnails, and then click the blank page to open a new window. After a while, it loads,
but it is still too big for the screen, so I don't get to see the bottom 25% of it.
All you can do is write to TT again, via the contact button. Be sure to include details of your operating
system, and what your experience is, when you try to view pics.
Anyone else have trouble viewing pics?ReactReply - MEMemberOriginal PosterJan 25, 2011
I can now see pics again. Another member called bowster is having the same problem, he's in London. It really is quite frustrating as a few friends have asked me to comment on their pics and obviously I can't unless they email them to me! I'm using Windows 7 with my laptop & XP with the desktop you'd think it would work on one of them.ReactReply

Have contacted the owner three times but he doesn't respond! Very frustrating. Am I doing something wrong when trying to contacting TT1 "the owner" When I press the contact tab at the bottom of each screen the following appears. I have a billing issue. I would like to cancel my account I'm having registration issues I'm having trouble uploading a picture I'd like to get certified Other I use the "other" tab to make my communique with TT1 Just above the send tab appears this statement "Questions that have answers in the help section or cancellation requests will be ignored". I haven't been able to find a help section maybe this is where I am going wrong! Does anyone know where the help section is????ReactReply

"Make a new account" wouldn't that mean starting again, re:-getting certified again, sending out friend requests to all my existing friends again, plus losing the payment I paid with my existing account?? Or do you mean starting a tempory account just to see if it works correctly?? Regards Mike.ReactReply
