Never had nudism experience

Hi there! I am a new member here and seeking help from you guys. I am an Asian guy who really want to the freedom without any clothes like when I was born. But going nude in public is illegal in my place and it is so difficult to talk to my friend about my "secret hobby". I want to have my first experience of nudism but don't know what to start with. I search from the Internet and there are some nude resort in Thailand. Is it a good start? What should I prepare (I know towel is a must) for the first time?Thanks!
