  I'm sure that question has been asked hundreds of times... for example, check theFAQforum, just below this one, and see the thread  -What motivates Girls to become nude?-  and I'm sure there other similar threads elsewhere on this site.

  It must be her decision to join in the fun. Try finding a cpl that will help her along, maybe in cloth first till she gets comfy, then as she understand the joy of being naked with others she may. But then again may not.

  There is a group, Men With Non-Nude Wives or something like that. You may want to search for that group and check it out, to see what has been posted about it there. You will probably end up joining the group to engage in any discussions on there. Good luck with getting your wife to go with you.

  Beaches are usually clothing-optional.  That means she doesn't have to take anything off if she doesn't want to.
  

  1. My non-nudist GF and I went to St Martin.  We talked about Club O., which was right down the beach from where we were staying; and I told her I wanted to go, preferably with her, and she didn't have to take anything off.  She agreed to go; just for  an hour or two, and would be keeping her bikini on.  I encouraged her to do as she wished.

We got there early, I went nude right away; and as the sun came out we quickly found ourselves surrounded by nudists.  At first she was very much put off; but as she is very social, she nonetheless started striking conversations with some of our neighbors.  And she started enjoying herself.  We went for a dip; and as we swam around she suddenly turned to me and told me she "might just go topless for a little while?"  I encouraged her and off came her top.

We returned to our spot; and at first she was self-conscious about her partial nudity.  Nonetheless, as our socializing continued, she started becoming comfortable with it.  No one was "looking at her funny" as she originally expected.  That's when I decided to "strike the iron while it's still hot."  I turned to her and told her that if she went nude, even just for a minute, I would treat her to a magnificent dinner.  She thought about it, and replied "ok but just in the water."  So we headed back to the ocean.  And off came the rest of her bikini.  We swam for a little while; and she admitted that skinny-dipping felt awesome.  As we proceeded back to the shore, something unexpected happen.  The surf was strong, and we both fell over and ended up getting washed up naked on the shore.  I think this humorous episode helped defuse her self-consciousness.  She laughingly stated that it she didn't need to cover up at this point to walk back to our spot.  I hugged her, grabbed her hand and we went back to our spot nude and laughing; and instead of immediately putting her bikini back on, she opted to just stay nude to dry off and enjoy a nice margarita!  I kinda wanted to take it one more step further by getting her to go for a nude walk with me; but I felt it would have been pushing it.  Baby steps.

  
  

  1. On a side note, I should mention that us being often nude at home probably played a big part in her making that leap.  Another big part is the socialization with nudists.  The "reward-based" nudge I gave her motivated her to try being nude.  And finally, the fun we ended up having helped her getting over her hang-ups.  All these ingredients put together contributed to my GF ultimately going nude at Club O.  The challenge is: finding the right ingredients for YOUR wife.
