I've done a bit of modeling and found it very enjoyable, and strangely empowering. We tend to be very critical of ourselves and not realize that we can be part of something artful, especially when we're nude! Photographers are not all locked-into 20-somethings who look like movie stars. Many want real people. So consider giving it a try.

rdrunningDec 5, 2011For those interested in modeling nude, but have less than a Madison Ave. appearance, look for Spencer Tunick installations. He has held them all over the world and he takes anyone. Physique is not a criterion, getting naked in a large group and posing many times is what he is interested. I did it once and it was quite an experience. I would try it again.

Fixed that now :D We find it interesting that you find the blog is more aimed at glamour modeling, our experience is mainly in artistic figure modeling so thought it leaned more heavily towards that!!
We do however have very little experience with life modeling, so if there is anyone on the site that would be interesting in contributing to the blog - we'd love the input! We want it to be as well rounded as possible!!
Thanks
