Jun 4, 2015I'm really working on my body-consciousness, and I'm on the verge of taking the plunge. There are just a few body issues to resolve still. One is sweating.
I don't see sweaty people in the pictures, but all my life, I sweat profusely in the summer. In everyday life, I wear (and change) undershirts, so you mainly see my face/head sweating. Of course being nude, this will all change.
Are there sweaty nudists out there? LOL. I just don't think of people being ok with sweat running down my whole body while I talk to them!!

KeithJun 6, 2015Living in the tropics with high temps and high humidity sweating is quite normal and we have the ceiling fans running to get air movement so the sweat evaporates more quickly. Outside its purely up to the weather, a quick dip in a pool or the sea helps.
Just get naked and enjoy yourself no need to stress over it. Nobody else will.ReactReply - KEKeithJun 6, 2015Also had a guy from england visit us. The moment he walked out of any aiconditioned building or vehicle he was wet all over.
It never bothered any of in the group, we including him used to jibe him about it but it was all in fun.
He was like that the 3 weeks our group was touring Vietnam. Nudist are people so don't stress, no need.ReactReply
