  For me it was just hating clothes as a child. As I grew older it was about feeling real comfortable in my own skin and accepting other for who they are not what they look like nude. It is as Cheri said very relaxing and healthy.

  WOW Cheri, do you have a copyright on that passage?
  If I have to explain how I feel with clothes on, I ask them to try holding their breath for three minutes. (I can get to two minutes.) When they gasp for air I tell them how they felt at that at that very moment that is how evry square inch of my skin feels.
