Unable to renew my membership!

Got a notice that my platinum membership has expired. So after filling up the page on CCBill.com, ERRORS came up on the screen
stating that I already have an existing membership to Truenudists.com.
What should I do?

    That happened to me in the past...I contacted admin and they had it fixed in a few days. Hang in there.

    It probably did go through...That happens to me every year. Wait a couple of days to see if your renew status changes or go online to check your account.

    I would get on the Teamtrue members page & message them. It is teamtrue1, teamtrue3, & teamtrue4. Teamtrue2 helped me in the past, but is no longer listed. Good luck.
