hey, new to the forum (and nudism), when i say new i mean i've never done it in public, i really want to but i'm concerned that i'll be on my own and that seems though i'm on my own i'd be seen as being there just to see people naked (which i won't be). i've looked online and i only seem to be able to see men being with others at nudist resorts, advice please?

ManOfWicklowFeb 13, 2012If you're looking for other nudist to be with at the beach and other places, there are members on here from your area. You could get to know some of them and maybe even meet up, but do be very careful about meeting complete strangers from the internet. Try and get to know as much about the person first.
Also, I notice your profile is set to private and that will make it more difficult for getting to know other members on here. If your profile is open and people can read a little about you, then you'll find making friends much easier.

planet_georgeFeb 14, 2012I've only been to Haulover Beach in Miami as far as being nude in public. On the day I went (a Thursday afternoon), it was probably 90/10 male/female. And there was a large section that was predominantly gay men. I was a little surprised at the ratio, although I expected there would be more men than women there. I went by myself but all I was looking to do was lay out & go skinny dipping. My only regret was I didn't meet and get to know any regulars there. I think that probably comes with time. And at the time I went, I was fully expecting to go back the following morning. Unfortunately I got rained out. I did chat with a few Haulover regulars here and on Facebook, just didn't get to meet them in person.
