I would like to ask you for some recommendations about nudist destinations/resorts in Europe that are family friendly. Would be interesting for me and my boyfriend which is a nudist too. I am from Germany and as nudity is not a big deal here we don't have the culture of specific nudist resorts. Would be great if the place would be more close to nature, not too artificial and big. But it's not a must. I am looking forward to your replies and wish all of you a nice week.

GorgeyOriginal PosterJan 16, 2024Hallo fab,
We have been going to Koversada for several years. It is on the Istrian peninsula, the town of Vrsar. A wonderful place to relax. Possibly other campsites in Croatia - Valalta, Solaris

TomasJan 25, 2024I would recommand Vera Playa Club Hotel in Spain. It is nudist hotel located directly on nude beach. Valalata in Croatia is also very nice and I have experience also with Vritomartis resort in Greece. If you need any information about any location mentioned, please dont hesitate to ask :-)

I can recommend Euronat in France, close to Bordeaux. Relaxed atmosphere, a market square, a nice beach, lots of activities.
Und man spricht ein bisschen Deutsch ;)

MarcusApr 9, 2024For me the best is La Jenny www.lajenny.fr
Same style as Montalivet but modern.ReactReply - MA
MarcusApr 9, 2024Of course La Jenny and Montalivet is a place more close to nature, not artificial and not big.
Albert Lecoq started european naturism in Montalivet.ReactReply - MA
MartinApr 10, 2024I visited all the Croatian campsites and I liked Valalta the most because of the multitude of activities, if you like peace, quiet and nature, you should like the neighboring Koversada more, but I heard disturbing news about the increasing number of textiles in Koversada.

GorgeyOriginal PosterApr 11, 2024Thank you so much to everybody for your interesting recommendations. It's really hard to find a matching place if you are not a big fan of club vacations and if you're more into places that are close to nature and less touristy. It's kind of sad that we almost don't have any of those places here in Germany so thank you again for your suggestions all over Europe.

MartinApr 11, 2024
It's kind of sad that we almost don't have any of those places here in Germany
This answer surprised me, so what can I say about only one official naturist center in Poland? If you care more about nature and nature, you can take a chance on Koversada, because it is really beautiful, but the infrastructure is quite outdated. Alternatively, I can also recommend the Solaris campsite, in its final part the nature is very impressive, the beaches are nice and the infrastructure is better than in Koversada. Among smaller campsites with beautiful and wild nature, I also recommend the "Nudist" campsite on the island of Hvar, Bunculuka on the island of Krk, Baldarin on the island of Cres and the Kanegra campsite on the border with Slovenia. In Germany, I really like the FKK Ostsee campsite, although I haven't been there because the weather is unpredictable.ReactReply - MA
MarcusApr 13, 2024We do not have nudist resorts in Germany. We have campsites, like Rosenfelder Strand. Nobody invested yet in nudist resorts. Also the german policy, to have almost no nudist commerzialisation. And I think the german weather plays also a role. It would be to risky to build up a german nudist resort. Could be that nobody visits it, because of the rain.

JohnApr 14, 2024I think there is some sort of spa north of Frankfurt in the Taunusgebirge where nudity is accepted. At least, there used to be.
ReactReply - MA
MarcusApr 15, 2024Yes we have a lot of spas. But since the 2010s nudity is only allowed in the sauna and under the shower or cooling bath afterwards.

MarcusApr 15, 2024Thanks for the hints of the croatian resorts. These are definitely on my bucket list. Solaris sounds good.

we do have places in Germany. There is a Island called Sylt and it has beautiful beaches and it has FKK beaches where you can be nudist. I have visited it and had great evening there.
