Chat Room Isues

I still have a blank page when I try to go to the chat room. I sent a note to TN a month ago and they said it would be worked on. Has anyone figured out how to get back in the chat room? I tried clearing the long/lat coordinates but that didn't work. Any help will be appreciated.

    It would help if you said what operating system and version as well as what browser and version. Many of these issues relate to a specific platform/version not playing nicely with others. Hopefully, you have given this infomation to TN, otherwise it will be difficult for them to troubleshoot.
