    I believe it's because you are sending too many messages back and forth. TN want you to go onto chat instead of keep messaging.
    I think it's a monitoring system. The next day it will reset itself.

    It is a CAPCHA code that prohibits users from spamming. The code is under the message box. Free user's have a limited amount of messages allowed also.
