How to Delete Messages

Hello.

I have several messages that I have marked as spam and deleted multiple times. I refresh and they are back. How can I delete messages?

    I don't think it is possible. I have tried and they are still there.

    When you delete a message, it moves it to "Trash." If you filter messages, for "Trash" you can see just those messages that have been moved to trash. There is a button for "Fully Delete." Click on it and the message goes away -- all gone -- right?

    Refresh and it right back there in the list. Holy Crap!

    So, yeah, can't delete them. Believe me, I've tried.
