I am a new member here and of mistake I clic on block once on a person.

  On the left side of the screen, click on "friends", you'll see "blocked  profiles". Click on that, and it will bring up any blocked profiles you
  have.  You will see an option to "unblock".

  If it's in the chat room, that should just be an "ignore", meaning they don't want to talk to you in there. It should go away at the end of that particular chat session. It could be because of something you said in open chat, or in a private chat message.
  
  You could try sending them a message outside of chat, and asking. If you can't send a message from outside chat, they've blocked you at profile level, and there's nothing you can do unless they decide to unblock you.
